Visitors are invited in to explore the special 110th Hartford Audubon Anniversary Exhibit consisting of over 30 spectacular photographs of local bird species taken by Society members. 
After viewing the exhibit, visitors are invited to linger in the “Bird Room” 
which houses one of the largest collections of mounted birds in the state. See up close and in three dimensional detail some of the species highlighted in the exhibit. Those wanting greater knowledge about their sightings are encouraged to look through the extensive collection of books on birding that the Hartford Audubon Society houses at The Wood.
