Sell at the Craft Fair FAQs

Applying for space: (space is limited)

  • You can apply for space by filling out the online application.  If you need to apply in print or need assistance, please contact Cherish Lisee.
  • We will limit quantities so we don’t have too many of one item being sold.  If you have sold with us at the Gingerbread Festival it does not necessarily mean you will automatically be selected for the Craft Fair.
  • Space is limited, currently we can NOT accommodate space/floor preference.
  • Application deadline:  February 17 2020
  • You will be notified if you have been accepted by February 21, 2020

Cost:

  • Each space costs $40, there is additional $5 fee if you need a table.
  • Fees are non-refundable upon acceptance to show
  • There is no snow date, and the event will be held rain or shine
  • Payment MUST be made by March 1, 2020, your space will be forfeited if not paid by this date.

Set-Up:

  • Set up is either Friday April 3rd from 5-7pm or Saturday morning from 8-9:30am.
  • One chair will be provided per space, if bringing your own chair please let us know.
  • If your space requires electricity we need to know in advance.

Other requirements:

  • Vendors must remain onsite for the duration of the show
  • Accepting payment during the show is your responsibility; processing credit cards is recommended but not required.
